These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and u2wallet ("Platform", "We"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the u2wallet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the u2wallet website, mobile app, and all services provided under the u2wallet brand. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on this platform.

To register and use the u2wallet platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits online gambling activities under local law.
• Have never been banned or suspended by u2wallet or any related platform previously.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the u2wallet platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund.

• Information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

KYC verification involves submitting a valid government-issued identification document such as a MyKad, passport, or other recognised travel document. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of all members.

U2wallet offers a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including direct bank transfers, e-wallets, and popular local digital payment options.

• Deposit: All deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed once KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method and current processing load.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

U2wallet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or requiring further investigation. In such cases, our team will contact the member concerned via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses and promotions offered by u2wallet are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for gameplay.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified bonus validity period.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirement calculations.
• U2wallet reserves the right to void bonuses suspected of being obtained through fraud or promotion abuse.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Multiple accounts created solely to abuse bonus offers will be closed.

All games offered on the u2wallet platform are operated using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure genuine fairness and randomness in every game round.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of unverifiable technical grounds.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any affected bets will be settled in accordance with the specific policy of each game.
• The use of any third-party software, automated bots, or methods that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed within each game and must be observed.

The following are strictly prohibited on the u2wallet platform and may result in account termination without any refund:

• Register using false information or by stealing another person's identity.

• System manipulation, software bug exploitation, or any method that confers an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform or other members.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

U2wallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from the account holder's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from valid game outcomes that have been correctly processed by the system.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

U2wallet's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in question within the 30 days preceding the claim.

U2wallet is committed to responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gaming can become problematic for some individuals, and we take this matter seriously.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• A self-exclusion option is available for members who wish to take a temporary break from the platform.
• Session time limits can be set to prevent excessive play.
• Underage members are strictly prohibited — we employ a rigorous age verification system.

U2wallet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• A member is suspected of violating any terms set out in this document.
• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account in question.
• A member fails to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Legal authorities have issued an order relating to the account in question.

U2wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the u2wallet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation and our official customer support channels.

Members agree that any legal action or proceedings relating to this platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The English version of this document is the official version for Malaysian users. In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
